How To Have An Easy Bedtime Beauty Routine

     Bedtime Beauty RoutineYour bedtime beauty routine should be a nightly ritual that’s easy, simple, and helps you wind down for a good night’s sleep. It doesn’t have to be complicated and, in fact, it shouldn’t be. Most of us are tired by bedtime and struggle just to get up and walk to the bed. But if you start a habit of doing the same routine every night for getting yourself ready for bed, it will signal to your brain that it’s time to unwind, relax, and get ready for sleep. Today I’m sharing with you my simple bedtime beauty routine.


5 MINUTES:  Put pajamas on.

5 MINUTES: Floss and brush teeth.

10 MINUTES: Skincare routine (more details on my specific skincare products coming soon).

  • Eye makeup remover
  • Face makeup remover
  • Cleanse face
  • Eye cream
  • Anti-aging serum
  • Face Moisturizer 


  • Lip balm
  • Brush hair
  • Do nails (once or twice a week)
  • Hand lotion

30 MINUTES TOTAL:   You’re ready for bed!

Bedtime Routines


     After my beauty routine, I usually make tea, preferably with chamomile for relaxing. I also like to read for 30 minutes. Then it’s bedtime!
